PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller hearth kiln and a roller driven end connecting member capable of suppressing a variation of the carrying speed of a treated object. SOLUTION: The roller hearth kiln 1 includes a roller assembly 3. The roller assembly 3 includes: a straight roller 30 having a drive end 300, a driven end 301, a rotating axis B1 and a center axis B2 and carrying the treated object 90; a roller drive end connecting member 31 mounted to the drive end 300 so that the center axis B2 is shifted from the rotating axis B1 at the drive end 300; and the roller driven end connecting member 32 to which the driven end 301 is mounted so that the center axis B2 becomes eccentric with respect to the rotating axis B1 at the driven end 301.
