The present invention relates to an OsDhn1 gene and protein which enhance low temperature tolerance. The present invention provides: a composition which includes a gene delivery system with a nucleotide sequence encoding an amino acid sequence of a second sequence on a sequence list as an active ingredient, and which enhances the resistance of plants against abiotic stress: a transformed plant cell or a transformed plant in which the composition is introduced; and a production method of the transformed plant cell or the transformed plant.
