The present invention relates to a horizontal position adjustment device for a headrest including a fixing supporter (10) which is fixed to a horizontal bar (2) of a supporting rod (1) engaged to an upper portion of a vehicle sheet; a first and a second connection units (20, 30) of which respective lower portions are coupled with a hinge to the fixing supporter (10) to be rotated with an upper portion thereof in a backward or forward direction; a movable supporting device (40) coupled to an upper portion of the first and the second connection units (20, 30), and moved to a back or forth direction with respect to the fixing supporter (10); a return spring (50) returning the movable supporting device connected to the first connection unit (20) or the second connection unit (30) and moved to the backward or forward direction from an original position; and a retraction device (100) of which an upper portion is coupled to the first connection unit (20) with the hinge and a lower portion is coupled to a lower portion of the second connection unit (30) with the hinge to be retracted according to a rotation of the first connection unit (20) and the second connection unit (30). |
