摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly keep the same air replacement ratio N of a thermostat chamber even when an outside air temperature of the thermostat chamber is divergent, and the outside air temperature changes. SOLUTION: This thermostat chamber which has an intake port for taking the room-temperature air (outside air) outside of the chamber, and an exhaust port for discharging the air in the temperature-controlled chamber, and in which mass of the air passing through the chamber is determined on the basis of power consumption, the mass (M) is divided by air density of the outside air in measuring electric power, to be converted (outside air temperature volumetric conversion) into a volume (Va) of the outside air, and a ratio (air replacement ratio) to convert the air in the chamber by the outside air with a ratio (Va/V) to the volume (V) of the thermostat chamber is determined, further has a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the outside air, the mass (Ms) of the air passing through in the chamber is determined on the basis of the power consumption obtained by following fluctuation of temperature difference while determining the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the chamber, and the mass is divided by the air density of an outside air standard temperature to be converted (standard temperature volumetric conversion) to a volume (Vs) of the standard temperature to determine the air replacement ratio (Vs/V).
