<p>A DC/DC converter system comprises a DC/DC converter (10), which is configured to generate, in a switched fashion, an output voltage from an input voltage supplied at a supply terminal and has at least one adjustable operating parameter, and comprises an optimization circuit (20). The optimization circuit (20) is configured to select one of the least one adjustable operating parameters and, for the selected operating parameter, to iteratively determine a supply current provided at the supply terminal, determine an effectiveness of the DC/DC converter based on the determined supply current and adjust the selected operating parameter until an optimum effectiveness is determined.</p> |
