The present invention relates to a display device and a sound control method thereof. The display device according to the present invention comprises: a wireless communication unit which wirelessly communicates with a plurality of sound output devices provided in the outside; a sound signal processing unit which processes a sound signal; a first sound output unit and a second sound output unit which output sounds corresponding to the sound signal; and a control unit which grasps the location of each of the sound output devices by using the distance between each of the sound output devices and the first sound output unit and the distance between each of the sound output devices and the second sound output unit, and controls the sound signal processing unit such that the sound signal processed to correspond to the grasped location is transmitted to each of the sound output devices. As a result, the sound output devices are wirelessly connected and the location of the sound output devices is automatically recognized to perform sound settings.
