The panel has an acoustically resistive porous layer (10) arranged from outside towards inside of the panel, and including open zones (14) which permits passing of sound waves and bright zones (16) that does not permit passing of the sound waves. The bright zones include a series of bands that are spaced in a manner so as to delimit the open zones. Width of the bands of the bright zones is of 30 percentages of width of the open zones. The open zones include microperforations (18) aligned along lines for the open zones.
