Cooling channel ( 1 ) in the exhaust tube (5 ) of the cylinder ( 6 ) two-stroke internal combustion engine is placed in the exhaust tube (5 ) of the cylinder ( 6 ) and has a rectangular cross-section consisting of the bottom part ( 2 ) , which is located in the crankcase ( 4 ) , and the upper part ( 3 ) located in the exhaust tube (5 ) of the cylinder ( 6 ) , which opens perpendicularly to the wall of the cylinder ( 6 ) . Once the piston ( 7 ) is in the bottom dead center , a fresh mixture ( 9 ) shown by arrows is transported from the crankcase ( 4 ) into the cylinder ( 6 ) . Cooling channel ( 1 ) in the exhaust pipe (5 ) of the cylinder 6 ) ensures transport of increased amount of fresh mixture ( 9 ) into the cylinder ( 6 ) , which has a direct correlation with an increase in power output . At the same time a fresh mixture ( 9 ) is transported by the cooling channel ( 1 ) in the exhaust tube (5 ) of the cylinder ( 6 ) and it cools the surface of the cylinder ( 7 ) on the side of the exhaust tube (5 ) of the cylinder ( 6 ), where is the greatest thermal stress . Using a cooling channel ( 1 ) in the exhaust tube (5 ) of the cylinder 6 ) increases the operational reliability of two-stroke engines. |
