An in-line system for processing textile material finished beyond a greige state includes an upstream unrolling station to continuously pay out the material, a downstream winding station to take up the material, and a plurality of work stations in-line between the stations and the downstream winding station and through which the material passes without dyeing the material, including a finish pad station, a tenter oven station, and a wash station to clean and rinse the textile material with liquids having a pH of about 6 to about 8, with the cleaning liquid further having a surfactant, and a drying station such that processed textile material is ready for cut and sew operations whereat one or more textile products with a pH of greater than about 6 and less than about 8 are producible and ready for use without further washing. |
