The device has a washing tank (3) in which nozzles (2) are positioned. The nozzles are connected to a high pressure water pump, where water pressure of the water pump ranges between 30 and 300 bars to wash by using less than 8 l of water. The tank comprises a siphon (1) at its outlet, where the siphon has diameter of 32, 40 or 50 mm. The siphon is equipped with a grid to allow the evacuation of disintegrated materials and recovery of small medical instruments inadvertently set in the tank.
