A sampling unit (46) includes a plunger (48) passing through a wall (50) of the pipe portion, where the plunger is movable between a rest position and an active position permitting the extraction of a predetermined quantity of liquid. A body (44) includes a receiving unit (56) for receiving a bottle (58). The plunger includes a sampling head (52) retracted inside of the pipe portion in the rest position of the plunger, and exposed to the outside (E) of the pipe portion in the active position of the plunger.
