Disclosed is a method for creating an electronic clinical document by an electronic medical record device. The method includes the steps of displaying medical record items related to a clinical document requested to be created in a static area according to a preset criterion; displaying a set of medical record items in a dynamic area, defined in connection with the medical record items if the selection for the medical record items displayed in the static area is performed; and creating the clinical document including an input value for the set of medical record items displayed in the static and dynamic areas. The medical record items displayed in the static area cannot be changed, and the type and the range of the input value to be input for the medical record items displayed in the dynamic area can be changed.
