The present invention relates to an element removing module and an element removing apparatus including the element removing module. The element removing module removes elements from a plate which has multiple of the elements attached and mounted on. The element removing apparatus disclosed by the present invention includes: a plate stacking unit which stacks multiple plates wherein multiple elements are attached and mounted on; one or more element removing units which suck and remove the elements to be removed from the plates; one or more X-Y tables which moves a plate delivered from the plate stacking unit against the element removing unit to enable the element removing unit to suck the elements to be removed from the plate; and one or more plate transfer units moving plates between the plate stacking unit and the X-Y tables.
