The present invention relates to a water housing heat exchanger. More specifically, the water housing heat exchanger can gradually lower the temperature of combustion gas passing through the heat exchanger by modifying the structure of the heat exchanger to reduce the amount of carbon monoxide generated by the heat exchanger, suppress the overheating and deformation of the heat exchanger, and minimize the overall size of the heat exchanger.
