The present invention relates to a switching charger device including a common source N-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET), and more particularly, to a switching charger device including a common source N-channel MOSFET, in which a switch of a switching charger is connected, such that the MOSFET has a common source structure, by using the N-Channel MOSFET, so that the switches connected to an output end can use the low voltage MOSFETs. In this structure, additional costs and power loss are removed by using a resistor for detecting an inductor current using a modified common source method, which results from enlarging the concept of a common source method, without using a charger pump required in a conventional structure for driving a switch of an input end. |
