DOCUMENT DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHODS

The present invention relates to a system and a method for managing distribution of documents. The method includes: determining whether an image file corresponding to a received request for a document exists when a request for a document is received from a document request system; reading the image file and processing the image file into units of pages; inserting a watermark into the image file which has been processed into units of pages and converting the image file into an encrypted image file; and transmitting the encrypted image file to the document request system through streaming. According to the system and method for managing distribution of documents, a method of directly distributing an original file of a document is changed such that an original file of a document is provided only through a security web viewer so that a security function is applied to the image file, security is tightened by encrypting the original file of a document, and unauthorized distribution and release of an image file is prevented.
