Producing a food coating compound comprises preparing a dye using natural pigments in an acid solution of vinegar, mixing two volumes of dye with 1 volume of sugar syrup of cane sugar syrup, taking a quarter of volume and adding a starch binder to it equivalent to at least 3 wt.% of the total volume, heating the mixture at a boiling temperature and then adding the binder sample to the mixture and again heating the mixture up at the boiling temperature and cooling the obtained mixture. |
