摘要 The present invention relates to a device for simulating Liquid Droplet Impingement Erosion using a high-speed rotating disc plate which generates droplets by injecting chemical liquid of which the concentrations of dissolved oxygen, dissolved hydrogen, and hydrogen ion and temperature can be controlled via a nozzle and simulates erosional damage caused by the collision of the droplets by colliding the generated droplets to a material specimen attached on a disc plate rotating at a high speed. The present invention is characterized by including a chemical liquid storage tank (11) where the chemical liquid of which the concentrations of dissolved oxygen and dissolved hydrogen are controlled by using hydrogen supplied from a hydrogen tank (12) is stored; a first charging pump (13) which is connected to the chemical liquid storage tank (11) to form a compressive environment by continuously transferring a fixed amount of the chemical water to an outlet; a droplet collision tester (20) which simulates damage to a material caused by the collision of the droplets by colliding the chemical liquid injected via the nozzle (35) to the specimen installed on the rotating disc plate which is rotated at a high speed; a circulation pump (14) which makes the chemical liquid transferred by the first charging pump (13) circulate inside a roof (15) while maintaining a predetermined speed; a pressure difference control unit which controls the pressure difference to make the chemical liquid on the roof (15) be injected via the nozzle (35) at a constant pressure; a re-circulating unit (40) which collects the chemical liquid which a collision test in the droplet collision tester (20) is completed and recirculates the chemical liquid to the chemical liquid storage tank (11); and an ion exchanger which removes ion components of the chemical liquid collected by the re-circulating unit (40) in the front side of the chemical liquid storage tank (11).
