PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable compressed formulation well generating foam of carbon dioxide, having high storage stability and exhibiting sufficient action by liquid components.SOLUTION: A foamable compressed formulation contains carbonate, an organic acid, and a component which is over 2 mass% and 10 mass% or less and liquid at 25°C. When it is defined that an ellipsoid circumscribing one formulation tablet is a cubic shape which one formulation tablet has, and main axes of three elliptic faces being orthogonal to one another at a center O of the ellipsoid have a length of 2a (mm), 2b (mm) and 2c (mm) respectively (where, 2a is a maximum diameter of the ellipsoid, and a≥b≥c), an average surface area S of one ellipsoid determined by the formula (I) and the like is 220 mmor more and 900 mmor less. |
