The invention relates to a method for molding a composite material, characterized in that said method comprises steps in which: a reinforcing fiber fabric (11) is stretched in a holding frame (7); the fiber fabric (11) stretched in the holding frame (7) is placed in a mold (1), and the holding frame (7) is stowed in a recess (1) of the mold, having a corresponding shape; a matrix is injected in the mold (1) such as to soak the fiber fabric (11), in order to obtain the composite material; and the composite material and the holding frame (7) are removed from the mold (1). The invention also relates to the corresponding mold and holding frame.
