摘要 <p>Provided is a charger cell capacitance display device in which the charge state of a cell can be clearly ascertained by visual confirmation, and that is implemented in a low-cost, simple configuration. Light emission by a light-emitting diode is controlled so as to obtain a blinking pattern in which the light-emission time of the light-emitting diode per unit of time is increased as the degree of charging of the cell increases. In other words, light emission by the light-emitting diode is controlled so as to obtain, as the light emission pattern for repeating a blinking pattern in which the light-emitting diode is turned on for a fixed length of time and is thereafter turned off, a light emission pattern in which the off time decreases as the degree of charging of the cell increases. Alternatively, light emission by the light-emitting diode is controlled so that the light-emitting diode has blinked for an interval of a first predetermined length of time, and is thereafter turned of for a second predetermined length of time that is greater than the first predetermined length of time, and light emission by the light-emitting diode is controlled so as to obtain a light emission pattern in which the number of blinks in an interval of the first predetermined length of time increases as the degree of charging increases.</p>
