摘要 <p>An aluminum alloy investment casting small-sized inner cavity molding method comprises processes of processing a pure copper or copper alloy mold core, mold core pretreatment, core setting, shell preparation, roasting, pouring, and core removing and the like. The method introduces the pure copper or copper alloy mold core in aluminum alloy investment casting, and gives full play to high strength and high plasticity of the pure copper or copper alloy mold core at a room temperature and high temperatures, especially for casts with complex and small inner cavities including grooves with a high length-to-thickness ratio, small-sized blind holes and the like. With an auxiliary measure that prevents oxidation during high-temperature roasting, the method effectively prevents distortions and damages caused by an aluminum alloy liquid to the mold core when the aluminum alloy liquid scrubs the mold core during pouring. Meanwhile, the method comprises a simple but highly effective core removing method, and thus can produce aluminum alloy casts with highly precise inner cavities and external dimensions and desirable surface quality.</p>
