PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED irradiation device and an LED irradiation system which can efficiently cool an LED array substrate using a simple structure.SOLUTION: An LED irradiation device of the present invention comprises: a casing; an array substrate; a plurality of LEDs; a heat sink; and an air blower. The casing has an air inlet and air outlets, and has a rectangular cross section. The array substrate is disposed in the casing. The plurality of LEDs is arranged on a first surface of the array substrate. The heat sink is disposed on a second surface of the array substrate and has a plurality of projections. The air blower supplies air to the heat sink. The plurality of the projections of the heat sink is arranged so as to guide air at least in a longitudinal direction of the cross section. The air outlets are formed in vicinity of positions corresponding to the four corners of the cross section on the side surface of the casing. |
