<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a moment force in an opening direction generated on a top plate part by an elastic pressing force from a tab side.SOLUTION: The terminal fitting connection structure comprises: a substrate part 22 constituting a square cylinder part 21 of a female terminal fitting 20; a pair of side plate parts 23 standing almost at a right angle from both of right and left side edges of the substrate part 22 to constitute the square cylinder part 21; a top plate part 24 extending in a width direction almost parallely to the substrate part 22 from standing edges of the side plate parts 23 in a cantilevered manner to constitute the square cylindrical part 21; an elastic contact piece 25 arranged inside the square cylindrical part 21, and elastically holding a tab 11 of a male terminal fitting 10 between it and the top plate part 24; and a pair of contact parts 12 that is formed on the tab 11 so that it can contact the top plate part 24, and that is arranged so that a contact position to the top plate part 24 is nearer the side plate parts 23 than a center position of the square cylinder part 21 in the width direction.</p> |
