<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic rotary compressor and a refrigeration cycle device capable of improving an inserting characteristic of a pump impeller and assuring of a holding force for it at the time of its assembling work.SOLUTION: This compressor comprises a compressive mechanism 3 for compressing refrigerant, a vertically extending rotary shaft 4 for transmitting a rotating force of an electric motor part 2 to the compressive mechanism 3, and a pump impeller 20 for supplying oil fitted at the lower part of an oil supply hole 16 formed at an axial center of the rotary shaft 4 and sucking lubricant from the lower end of the oil supply hole 16. The pump impeller 20 has a shape in which a strip-shaped plate is twisted in a helical shape and its entire body is curved, one end surface opposite to a side where the pump impeller 20 is curved to form a convex shape of a pair of end surfaces in a width direction of an inserted side extremity end 21 of the pump impeller 20 is an oblique part 23 inclined inwardly as it is faced toward the extremity end and a corner part at the extremity end side of the other end surface of the pair of end surfaces is provided with a chamfer part 24.</p> |
