<p>[Problem] A mixer device for noodle making and a dough making machine with this mixer device for noodle making installed which can make for easy recovery of a mixture from a mixing container after mixing of flour and water and also can prevent accidents and injuries during the recovery have been desired. [Solution] This mixer device for noodle making (1) is a mixer device for noodle making that mixes raw materials for noodles and is characterized by being provided with a cover (17) that pivots freely tiltably on the mixer device for noodle making and is provided freely openable and closable on a side wall, which is positioned upward and/or to the side when the mixing container is tilted, out of the side walls (18, 19) of a mixing container (2) provided with an opening (8) on the upper edge part.</p> |
