摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner that can more effectively utilize power in a plurality of storage batteries connected.SOLUTION: The power conditioner coupled between a plurality of power storage devices including power storage sections and a power system to control power of each of them includes a DC bus for transmitting DC power. The plurality of power storage sections are connected in parallel with each other via the DC bus. The power conditioner further includes a power conversion section for bidirectionally converting power between the DC bus and the power system, and a control section for controlling power of each power storage section. The control section includes: selection means for, on the basis of information indicating a relationship between the battery level and the voltage of each power storage section, selecting at least one of the plurality of power storage sections other than the one which has the largest voltage change per battery level in a predetermined range; and connection control means for, on the basis of the battery level of the selected power storage section, controlling connection between the power storage section and the DC bus.
