<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently grow nuggets on a contact surface of work-pieces with each other when applying spot welding to a stacked body formed by stacking the plurality of work-pieces.SOLUTION: A welding gun 14 composing a spot welding device comprises: a lower tip 32 and an upper tip 38 which serve as welding tips; and pressing rods 46a and 46b which serve as pressing members. The upper tip 38 and the pressing rods 46a and 46b among the above elements press a stacked body 48a which is an object to be welded, by pressurizing forces F1, F2 and F3, respectively from a side of a metallic plate 54a which is disposed at the outermost position of the stacked body 48a, and the lower tip 32 presses the stacked body 48a from a side of a metallic plate 50a by pressurizing force F4. The total of pressurizing forces F1, F2 and F3 is controlled so as to balance with the force F4. In such a state, electric current is conducted from the upper tip 38 to the lower tip 32.</p> |
