<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game system for preventing a game device from being left in a test mode.SOLUTION: A game device sends value specifying information capable of specifying stored play-usable value (as will be called the "value") to a server. By this server, the value is updated on the basis of value specifying information from the game device, and sends the information indicating a transfer request according to the input received, to that game device. This game device makes a change into a mode according to a transfer request from the server, and decides whether or not the changing time for changing a test mode into an ordinary mode comes, so that the mode specifying information capable of specifying which of the ordinary mode or the test mode the storage of the value can be made in is sent together with the value specifying information. The value, which has been stored in a mode according to the mode specifying information from the game device, is updated by the server. When the communication with the server cannot be performed, the game device makes a change into the ordinary mode, on condition of judging that the changing time has come.</p> |
