PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a temperature difference between predetermined places inside a dwelling within an allowable range.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 11 measures an air temperature in a bedroom and sends the measurement result to a system controller 10. A temperature sensor 13 (15) measures an air temperature in a hall way (toilet) and sends the measurement result to the system controller 10. The system controller 10 determines whether or not air temperature control is necessary between the bedroom and the hall way (toilet) on the basis of the measurement results of the temperature sensors 11 and 13 (15). When determining that the air temperature control is necessary, the system controller 10 makes: an air supply fan 12 supply air in the bedroom to a duct arranged under a roof; and an exhaust fan 14 (16) exhaust the air sent from the bedroom through the duct into the hall way (toilet).
