<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of reducing concentration of stress to a welding portion where an injection hole plate is joined to a valve body.SOLUTION: A fuel injection valve includes a valve body 2 having a valve hole 21, a needle 3 disposed inside of the valve body 2 to open and close the valve hole 21, and an injection plate 5 disposed outside of the valve body 2 and covering the valve hole 21. A fuel passage 51 communicated with the valve hole 21, is formed between the valve body 2 and the injection hole plate 5, the injection hole plate 5 is provided with an injection hole 52 communicated with the fuel passage 51, the injection hole plate 5 is joined to an end portion of the valve body 2 through a welding portion 53, and the welding portion 53 is formed in a state of surrounding the valve hole 21 in the circumferential direction. A thinned portion 54 reduced in thickness in comparison with the other portion, is formed on a part between the welding portion 53 and the injection hole 52 of the injection hole plate 5.</p> |
