摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation structure and a manufacturing method for a rotary electric machine, capable of producing a stator tooth in any shape without using a metal mold.SOLUTION: In an insulation structure of a rotary electric machine having a stator and a rotor, a stator tooth constituting the stator includes: an iron-core (31) laminating soft magnetic plate materials; an electric wire disposed around the iron-core (31); and insulators (32a, 32b) disposed between the iron-core (31) and the electric wire. The insulators (32a, 32b) are made up of materials having resiliency or flexure elasticity, are mounted around the iron-core (31) in an extended or unfolded state, and have tensile and flexure strengths for pressurizing the soft magnetic plate materials constituting the iron-core (31) in the laminating thickness direction.</p>
