<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Tempura-guard for preventing a pan and a fly pan from being stained at its surrounding part and enabling kitchen chopsticks to be freely handled over the entire area of a pan and a fly pan while preventing flying and dispersion of oil accompanying with danger of burn of a cooking person at maximum during cooking of Tempura so as to concentrate on cooking.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a self-stand Tempura guard in which a substantial inverse L-shaped handle is attached to the central part of a transparent plate 1 having a sufficient area for covering a flying pan from above, a part in front of the handle of the transparent plate is provided with a recess hole at a slight oblique angle with respect to a handle grip 5, the recess hole is provided with a cover of soft transparent sheet 10, the opening of the recess hole is always covered by it whenever kitchen chopsticks are inserted into or removed out of the recess hole, and when a flying cooking is not being carried out, the entire transparent plate can be supported by the handle to enable it to become a self-stand unit.</p> |
