<p>A thin sheet type medium processing technology and particularly, a apparatus for separating paper type media one by one. The paper type medium separating apparatus comprises a medium separating mechanism (016), a medium pickup mechanism (017), a medium conveying mechanism (018), and a medium alignment mechanism (019) used for aligning front ends of bank notes to form a shape of a regular triangle for separation of the bank notes. The medium alignment mechanism has a damping wheel assembly (003), and the damping wheel assembly comprises a rubber wheel (007) as well as a friction plate (010), a damping spring (011) and a spring blocking sheet (012) superposed on at least one side. The rubber wheel (007) is in elastic contact with a bank note separation wheel group (001) and is located between a bank note separation door gap and a whole sheaf of paper type media. The apparatus can automatically correct a stacking shape of the whole sheaf of paper type media placed into the apparatus, so as to meeting stacking requirements of reliable separation.</p> |
