METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FIBERBOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fiberboard with a high resin content which can be improved in strength and dimensional stability.SOLUTION: Hot-press molding is conducted to a wet mat obtained by papermaking of a slurry in which plant fabric is dispersed in water, in order to form a board body. Next, the board body is subjected to application of resin liquid and then hot-press molding in order to obtain a fiberboard.
