PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can be quickly operated without providing restrictions on specifications of a touch panel, and to provide a driving method and a program.SOLUTION: An imaging device 1 includes: a display unit 214 for displaying an image corresponding to image data and operation information in which a plurality of operation contents of the imaging device 1 are arranged at predetermined intervals; a touch panel 215 which detects contact from the outside and receives input of a position signal corresponding to the contact position; a display control unit 223c which causes the display unit 214 to display a mark at a display position of the operation information, into which the contact position has been converted, while periodically moving the mark on the display position of the operation information, in accordance with a change in the position signal received by the touch panel 215; and a photographing control unit 223d for controlling operation of the imaging device 1 in accordance with a display position of the mark on the operation information.
