PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthopaedic surgical instrument for removing the rear side face of a natural patella, and fixing and implanting an artificial patella component on the rear side of the patella.SOLUTION: An orthopaedic surgical instrument 10 includes: a removable patella clamp 12 which can be used not only to perform a surgical trial for a patellofemoral joint but also to guide the surgeon in drilling a number of anchor holes in the patella of the patient; and a patella drill guide and trial instrument 14 configured to be fixed on the patella clamp 12. |
