PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for switching a voice call in a mobile communication system which supports a Dual Radio Voice Continuity (DRVCC) scheme.SOLUTION: A method for a user terminal (UE) supporting a voice call continuity scheme in a mobile communication system to switch a call comprises the steps of: detecting, while sending/receiving voice data to and from the other party UE through a set old bearer in a first access network, that switching of a voice call is required in a second access network which is different from the first access network; executing a setup operation on a new bearer and the second access network; and sending/receiving voice data to and from the other party UE through the old bearer in the first access network till a preset point of time and sending/receiving voice data to and from the other party UE through the new bearer in the second access network.
