PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streaming data downloading method which enables a user to watch a video smoothly during fast forwarding.SOLUTION: A video player divides a video file to be downloaded and played back into a plurality of time segments, and sends a plurality of downloading requests to a video server, to simultaneously download data of different segments in the video file. Thereby, data of the video file can be promptly acquired, so that user waiting time for downloading the data can be reduced. |
