<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable valve device of an internal combustion engine suitable for making a working angle variable while keeping a constant lift amount, or switching presence or absence of valve lift.SOLUTION: A variable valve device 1 of an internal combustion engine includes a cam shaft 2, a cam piece 3 rotatably disposed on the cam shaft 2, an eccentric shaft 4 disposed on the cam piece 3, a slot piece 5 engaged with the eccentric shaft 4, a drive disc 6 rotating with the cam shaft 2 and movably holding the slot piece 5, an oil passage 7 for making an oil pressure act on the slot piece 5 from a cam shaft 2 side, and an OCV 8 for supplying and releasing the oil pressure acting on the slot piece 5 through the oil passage 7. The slot piece 5 is integrally rotatably engaged with the eccentric shaft 4 in a state of being restricted by the oil pressure, for example, in supplying the oil pressure.</p> |
