<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can be used with the same operability even in different device types, a network system, a display control method, and a program.SOLUTION: The electronic device which can be connected with an information processing device through a network. The electronic device has: an information acquisition section 37 which acquires operation screen information which is stored in the information processing device and used for displaying a common operation screen which is common between the electronic device and other electronic devices which are different models from the electronic device, from the information processing device; a common screen display section 30 which allows display means to display a common operation screen; a job execution section 32 which executes a job; an event detecting section 33 which detects occurrence of a predetermined event; a display determination section 34 which determines whether it is necessary to display a specific screen including information specific to the electronic device model for the occurrence of a predetermined event; and a specific screen display section 35 which allows the display means to display the specific screen by switching from the common operation screen displayed on the display means.</p> |
