<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when cutting a mango in a conventional way, since a pulp is cut off downward from a branch-attached portion of the mango with a blade of a straight knife, in parallel with the mango at the uppermost portion of a seed of the mango so far, a large amount of the pulp still remains on a lateral portion of the seed of the mango.SOLUTION: Since a mango peeler is provided, the pulp of a mango can be cut off by bending an elastic blade of the peeler in accordance with the shape of a seed of a mango freely.</p> |
