An apparatus for multi-positional tailgate extender includes a first mounting bracket, a second mounting bracket, and a pivotable frame. The pivotable frame is hingedly connected with the first mounting bracket and the second mounting bracket, where the first mounting bracket and the second mounting bracket are connected to a cargo bed of a vehicle. The pivotable frame extends beyond the cargo bed about a rotation axis, where the pivotable frame positions in place with the second mounting bracket by a frame positioning mechanism and locks in place with the first mounting bracket by a frame locking mechanism so that object that are longer than the cargo bed can be safely transported. |
