The method comprises: according to the fixed number of iterations that is set in advance for each code block and the actual number of iterations of each code block preceding a current code block, obtaining the number of iterations saved before decoding the current code block; according to the fixed number of iterations that is set in advance for each code block and the obtained number of iterations saved before decoding the current code block, obtaining the maximum number of iterations of the current code block; according to the maximum number of iterations of the current code block, performing iterative decoding on the current code block. The device comprises: a first obtaining module, a second obtaining module, and a decoding module. According to the technical solutions of the present invention, the maximum number of iterations of the current code block is obtained according to the fixed number of iterations that is set in advance for each code block and the obtained number of iterations saved before decoding the current code block, and iterative decoding is performed on the current code block according to the maximum number of iterations, so as to improve system performance and improve feasibility of determining the number of iterations. |
