PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily establish connection between remote devices connected to a network and remote-controlled.SOLUTION: A connection establishing apparatus for establishing the connection between a plurality of remote devices comprises remote control means for controlling each of the connected remote devices using HyperText Transfer Protocol based on a predetermined universal resource locator assigned respectively to the plurality of the remote devices. The predetermined universal resource locator is constituted by prefacing identification information for identifying the remote devices.
