<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled coin storage box that is manageable by use of not only a long rolled coin but also a short rolled coin.SOLUTION: A rolled coin storage box includes: an enclosure; a drawer; a rolled coin storage part; and a pair of sensors. The drawer is housed in the enclosure to be freely drawn. The rolled coin storage part is provided at a plurality of parts in the drawer, capable of storing one piece of a long rolled coin with a defined number of coins piled and organized per one part in a state that one long rolled coin is fitted in by being laid, and allows for a storage of two pieces of a short rolled coin with a number of coins equal to or less than half of the number of coins of the long rolled coin and more than one third thereof organized. The pair of sensors are arranged at positions in the vicinity of both ends of the rolled coin storage part and including a detection range of an end part of the short rolled coin having an end face facing an internal face of the rolled coin storage part via a space when the two short rolled coins are stored by being placed onto one side of the rolled coin storage part, and detect at least presence/absence of one long rolled coin or two short rolled coins stored in the rolled coin storage part.</p> |
