<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress transfer noise of a signal charge and to reduce power consumption in a solid-state imaging element for performing global shutter control and rolling reading control.SOLUTION: In a pixel section 10, a photoelectric conversion layer 107 which generates a signal charge corresponding to incident light; and a circuit board 101 where a reading circuit 116 including a first charge accumulation section Cp where the signal charge is accumulated, a first amplifier circuit 12 which is driven by a current source 12b and outputs signal voltage corresponding to the signal charge accumulated in the first charge accumulation section Cp, a second charge accumulation section Cs in which the signal voltage outputted from the first amplifier circuit 12 is accumulated, a second amplifier circuit 16 which outputs the accumulated signal voltage, and a transfer switch 13 for accumulating the signal voltage outputted from the first amplifier circuit 12 in the second charge accumulation section Cs is formed are laminated. The plurality of pixel sections 10 are two-dimensionally arranged, and a switch element 19 which turns on/off driving of the first amplifier circuit 12 is arranged for the current source 12b.</p> |
