<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a collector performs a different operation with a currency and a gift certificate at the time of the recovery of sales money stored in a device, if a currency processing device and a gift certificate money receiving machine are used, the introduction cost becomes expensive, whereas when paper currency and the gift certificate are handled on the same processing machine, though the introduction cost can be reduced, the expected operation cannot be realized.SOLUTION: A paper sheet processing device for the payment and storage of a currency and a gift certificate includes: a currency storage for storing the currency; a gift certificate storage for storing the gift certificate; an identification part for identifying or counting the currency and the gift certificate; and a paper sheet processing part for transporting the currency and the gift certificate. The paper sheet processing part transports the currency to the currency storage according to the identification result of the identification part, and stores the gift certificate into the gift certificate storage, and includes detection means for detecting the recovery authority of the paper currency stored in the currency storage and the gift certificate storage; and control means for restraining an access to the stored currency and gift certificate based on the detection means.</p> |
