<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport device and transport method of an electronic component capable of secure inspection or the like of appearance of the electronic component accommodated in each of a plurality of accommodation parts of a tray without using complicated equipment.SOLUTION: A route regulation convex 8 formed on a lower surface side of a tray 7 is engaged with a continuous guide groove 4 included by a guide jig 5 arranged in a fixed position with respect to a stationary camera 2. The tray 7 is moved allowing the route regulation convex 8 to move along the guide groove 4 so as to sequentially provide each electronic component (a module component) 1 accommodated in each of a plurality of accommodation parts 6 to a photographing area where photographing is performed by the stationary camera 2. The inspection for appearance of each module component 1 is performed by observing an image of each module component 1 photographed by the stationary camera 2. In addition, a plurality of module components are made present in the photographing area of the stationary camera and an image is displayed of the plurality of module components for inspection of appearance of each module component.</p> |
