PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing method capable of functioning independently from the number and kind of signal sources and outputting a target signal by simple processing.SOLUTION: A signal processing method includes: an observation step (S10) for observing a signal from one or a plurality of signal sources by two input parts; a tilt detection step (S20-S40) for detecting a tilt of a distribution line having input values of the two input parts as coordinate axes with respect to observation signals from a signal source of a target signal being an extraction target among the one or the plurality of signal sources on the basis of observation signals observed by the observation step; and an extraction step (S50) for making an observation signal from at least either one of the two input parts a processing target signal using of the tilt detected by the tilt detection step, and extracting a signal estimated by a prescribed formula using weighting as the target signal from the processing target signals.
